Rajan Gupta, J (Oral) Only prayer made in this petition is for proper investigation of the matter pursuant to FIR No.156 dated 26.10.2014 registered at Police Station, City Malout, District Sri Muktsar Sahib under Sections 307, 148, 149 IPC and 25, 27 Arms Act.

Learned State counsel submits that in the version given in the FIR as well as in cross version investigation has been completed and challan presented before the competent court of jurisdiction. In view of the fact that investigation is complete, no cause of action survives in this petition.

Dismissed.
