It is submitted that the petitioner is ready and willing to face trial.

Vide order dated 12.2.2016 notice of motion was issued and it was directed that in the event of petitioner surrendering before the trial court within 10 days,he shall be released on interim bail by the trial court to its satisfaction.

CRM-M 5019/2016 At the time of hearing,it is submitted that pursuant to the order dated 12.2.2016 petitioner surrendered before the trial court on 18.2.2016 and was released on interim bail.

The said fact is not disputed by the learned State counsel. In this view of the matter, interim bail granted by trial court on 18.2.2016 pursuant to the order dated 12.2.2016 passed by this Court is confirmed.
