Petitioner has impugned the order of suspension dated 30.12.2018 on the ground that he had failed to report for the election duty. During the course of arguments, learned counsel has limited his grievance to the fact that his head-quarter has been changed during the suspension period and his subsistence allowance is not being paid. Petition is disposed of with the direction that both the grievances of the petitioner be looked into by the competent authority at an early date.
