RAMESHWAR SINGH MALIK, J Petitioner, by way of instant petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure (`Cr.P.C.' for short) seeks quashing of the impugned complaint (Annexure P-1) and also the summoning order (Annexure P-2), however, without availing his equally, efficacious alternative remedy of revision against the impugned summoning order. In view of the above, petitioner is relegated to his equally efficacious, alternative remedy of revision against the impugned summoning order at the first instance, however, with liberty to the petitioner to approach this court again, if necessity arises.
