Petitioner has prayed for a direction that his life and liberty may be protected. According to learned counsel, petitioner and respondent no. 4 have adjoining shops. There is some dispute subsisting between them. Petitioner has been assaulted twice. Due to this reason, life and liberty of petitioner is in danger. Heard.

Keeping in view nature of allegations, this court does not find it a fit case to interfere. Disposed of. Petitioner shall, however, be at liberty to pursue his representation, Annexure P4 with respondent no. 2.
