At the outset, learned State counsel has filed the status report dated 12.07.2025 in Court today, which is taken on record, subject to all just exceptions. Office to tag the same at appropriate place. A copy thereof has been handed over to the counsel for the petitioner.

At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that after the issuance of notice in the instant anticipatory bail petition, petitioner - Joga Singh, has expired. Therefore, the present petition has been rendered infructuous and may be disposed of accordingly. 2.
