Prayer in this petition, filed under Section 482 of BNS, 2023 (corresponding Section 438 of Cr.P.C.), is for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner, who has been booked for having committed the offences punishable under Sections 21-B/29/61/85 of NDPS Act, 1985, in a case arising out of FIR No.68, dated 10.06.2024, registered at Police Station Sultanwind, District Amritsar.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has since been arrested, therefore, present petition has been rendered infructuous and same may be disposed of as such.
