The learned counsel representing the petitioner submits that the cross suit filed by the respondent-Sangeeta Rani i.e. Civil Suit No. 858, dated 08.11.2011, has already been decreed in her favour on 10.07.2023, and in compliance of the aforesaid decree, the possession has been handed over to the respondent. However, the learned counsel asserts that an appeal against the aforesaid judgment is pending in the First Appellate Court. The learned counsel submits that in view of the aforesaid development, he does not wish to press this revision petition.
