(Oral) Report of learned Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Batala dated 18.2.2015 has been received after recording statements of complainant Rajwinder Kaur as well as accused Gurwinder Singh, Surinder Singh, Amrik Singh and Daljit Kaur whereby the parties have effected compromise and the learned trial court is satisfied that the same is an outcome of free will and without any coercion or any pressure. More-so the couple has started living together. This will go in the rehabilitation of the young couple.

Criminal Misc. No. M-619 of 2015 -2the prayer made in the petition is allowed, proceedings by way of FIR No. 59 dated 26.10.2013 registered at Police Station Qadian, District Gurdaspur under sections 406,498-A IPC and all consequences arising thereof are quashed.

The petition stands allowed in those terms.
