(ORAL) Prayer in the instant petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been made for quashing FIR No.202 dated 03.12.2018 registered under Sections 406, 420 IPC at Police Station Nangal, District Rupnagar, and all consequential proceedings arising therefrom, on the basis of compromise dated 25.02.2019 (Annexure P-2) arrived at between the parties. In compliance of order dated 05.03.2020, learned counsel for the petitioner has produced receipts of `50,000/-. The same are taken on record. Registry is directed to verify the deposit of costs by the petitioner with the concerned quarters.
Learned counsel for respondent No.2-complainant submits that he has no objection in quashing FIR in question qua petitioner only. In view of above and the fact that the compromise will bring peace and harmony between the parties, FIR No.202 dated 03.12.2018 RAVINDER SINGH 2020.03.17 11:35 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
