The petitioner seeks grant of regular bail in a case registered vide FIR No.291 dated 22.10.2018 at Police Station Manesar, District Gurugram under Sections 380, 411 and 120-B of Indian Penal Code. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the matter has been amicably resolved amongst the parties for a lump sum payment of `17 lakhs. 3.

In view of the aforestated position, wherein the matter stands amicably resolved amongst the parties and the entire payment as agreed amongst the parties has been received by the complainant, further detention of the petitioner will not serve any useful purpose.
