R.P. Nagrath, J. (Oral) Petitioner seeks bail under Section 439 Cr.P.C. in FIR No. 585 dated 30.06.2014 for offences under Sections 395 and 307 of Indian Penal Code (IPC) and Section 25 of the Arms Act, registered at Police Station City Hissar, District Hissar. Learned State counsel submits that the complainant and other eye-witness have already been examined and Annexures R-1 and R-2 are their statements. It is further submitted that the petitioner and other accused persons were arrested on the date of occurrence itself.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that coaccused Vikrant @ Vicky has since been admitted to bail by the trial Court on 11.05.2015.

The petitioner is in custody since 02.07.2014 and it will take sometime in conclusion of the trial. In view of the above and without commenting on merits of the case, the instant petition is allowed and petitioner be admitted to bail on furnishing bail bonds to the satisfaction of the trial Court.
