The petitioner through instant petition under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India is seeking direction/order to official respondents to initiate action against Oakwood School, Bhiwani operating illegally on the basis of a residential building plan obtained through forged documents.

The petitioner is a Sarpanch and co-sharer of the property situated near Sector-13 Road, Bhiwani where Oakwood School is running. He sought information under RTI Act from MC, Bhiwani vide application dated 07.04.2025 regarding sanction of building plan. As per memo dated 18.11.2025 supplied by the State Public Information Officer, sanctioned building plan dated 19.01.2015 was for a residential building registered in the name of private individuals. The School is being run in a building sanctioned for residential purposes which amounts to unauthorized commercial use and violation of Haryana Municipal Laws, Haryana School Education Rules, 2003 and Building Bye-Laws.
