After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the appellant submits that inadvertently certain facts could not be brought to the notice of the trial Court while praying for the grant of bail to the appellant, hence, the present appeal may kindly be disposed of having been not pressed any further with liberty to the appellant to avail appropriate remedy as available to him in accordance with law.
