RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J.(ORAL) Petitioner has impugned the judgment dated 03.04.2019 passed by learned Additional Sessions Judge, Bathinda, vide which respondent No.2-accused has been convicted for a lesser sentence in case FIR No.07, dated 06.01.2017, under Sections 363, 366-A IPC (376 IPC was added later on), and under Section 4 of the POCSO Act, Police Station Talwandi Sabo. Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present petition.

Allowed as prayed for.

Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
