Present petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. for seeking pre-arrest bail to the petitioner(s) in case FIR No. 5 dated 7.1.2017, registered under Section(s) 18 of the Narcotic Drugs & Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 at Police Station Model Town, Ludhiana City.

Learned counsel for the petitioner contended that petitioner was earlier admitted to bail and his bail was cancelled vide order dated 5.9.2017, passed by learned Judge, Special Court, Ludhiana as he mistook the date, otherwise there was no intention on his part not to appear in the Court. Rather he has been regularly appearing in the learned Court below. Learned counsel further contended that petitioner is ready to file fresh bail and surety bonds.

In view of above, present petition is accepted. Petitioner is directed to surrender befor the learned trial Court and on filing of his application for grant of bail, the learned Court below shall consider the same Deepak Kumar Bhardwaj 2017.12.06 15:11 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
