Through the instant petition, as instituted under Section 438 of the Cr.P.C., the petitioner seeks the concession of anticipatory bail, in FIR No.379 dated 16.09.2010, under Sections 148, 149, 341, 392, 427, 431, 435, 506 of the IPC, and, Sections 3 and 4 of the Prevention of Damage to Public Property Act, 1984, registered at P.S. Hansi Sadar, District Hisar.

The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the instant petition.
