*** Learned counsel for the petitioner states that petitioner has since joined the investigation and has handed over his Passport. He further submits that Sukhwinder Kaur, who is the main accused has since been granted pre arrest bail by the apex Court. These facts are conceded by learned State counsel on instructions from ASI Satinder Singh from Police Station Bhogpur, Jalandhar. He states that the petitioner is not required for further investigation. Under such circumstances, the interim bail granted to the petitioner on 6.12.2017 is made absolute, subject to his fulfilling conditions under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.

The petition stands allowed accordingly.
