**** JAGMOHAN BANSAL , J. (Oral) Mr. Raman Sharma, learned counsel for respondents No.2 to 4 submits that the District Magistrate has granted NOC on 05.03.2021 and petrol pump has commenced. It is in operation since March 2021. The petitioner has not challenged NOC issued to respondent-Corporation. The petitioner has remedy to challenge NOC issued by the District Magistrate before Appellate Authority.

Faced with this, Mr. Manchanda, Advocate prays for withdrawal of the present petition with liberty to avail appropriate remedy as permissible by law.
