RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J.(ORAL) Prayer in the present petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is for issuance of directions to official respondents no.1 to 2 for registration of case against respondents no.3 to 9 with a further directions to respondents no.1 and 2 to decide the representations, Annexures P-2 and P-3, moved by the petitioner, which are already pending before the concerned authorities. It has been submitted by counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner would be satisfied if his representation, Annexure P-3, is decided in a time-bound manner.

Notice of motion to official respondents only. On asking of the Court, Mr.B.S.Virk, Sr.DAG, Haryana, who is present in Court, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents/State. After hearing the counsel for the parties, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.1, i.e. the Superintendent of Police, Nuh, District Nuh, to look into the representation, Annexure P-3, MEENU 2023.05.16 16:21 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this order/judgment
