This is a petition filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. seeking pre-arrest bail in a case registered against the petitioners vide DDR No. 20 dated 18.07.2014 (cross version) in FIR No. 87 dated 22.07.2014 under Sections 323, 324 read with section 34 IPC and section 326 IPC added later on and Section 3 of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act 1989. Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Amarjeet Singh, who is present in court, submits that offence under section 3 & 4 of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act 1989 have been deleted. According to her, petitioners have joined the investigation and are not required by the investigating agency as challan has been prepared. In view of the above, order dated February 25, 2015 is hereby made absolute subject to the conditions as envisaged under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
