Prayer in the present petition is for issuance of a writ in the nature of the Certiorari for setting aside the impugned order dated 07.03.2023 (Annexure P-10), passed by respondent no.2, vide which the appeal filed by respondent No.5 against the order dated 15.10.2019/29.10.2019 (Annexure P-9) passed by respondent No.3, vide which appeal filed by respondent No.5 against order dated 18.04.2018(Annexure P-7) passed by respondent No.4 was dismissed, has been accepted, the same being wrong and illegal. 2.

After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present petition. 3.

Allowed to do so.
