The present petition has been filed under Section 528 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita (BNSS), 2023 seeking direction to official respondent(s) to take action against respondent Nos.5 and 6 and for proper investigation in FIR No.02 dated 14.01.2025 under Section 108 of Bharatiya Nayaya Sanhita (BNS), 2023 registered at Police Station Bapoli, District Panipat from some higher police official.

At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner further contends that he would be satisfied in case his representation/complaint dated 20.02.2025 (Annexure P-2) be decided in a time bound manner.
