JAISHREE THAKUR, J.(ORAL) The instant petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed by the petitioner for issuance of a direction to the officials respondent Nos. 1 to 3 to hold investigation in FIR No. 137 dated 15.08.2017 (Annexure P-1) under Section 346 IPC, registered at Police Station Bichhor, District Nuh. In this regard she has also approached the authorities by way of representation dated 09.11.2017 (Annexure P-2).
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he would be satisfied if respondent No.2 be directed to look into the representation dated 09.11.2017 (Annexure P-2), in a time bound manner. Notice of motion.
Ms. Gaganpreet Kaur, learned AAG, Haryana who is present in the Court, accepts notice on behalf of the State. Three copies of the petition be handed over to her by learned counsel for the petitioner during the course of the day failing which no action is called for.
