(Oral) The petitioner prays for grant of anticipatory bail in FIR No.198 dated 27.09.2018, registered under Sections 326/324/323/34 of the Indian Penal Code (in short 'IPC') at Police Station Jandiala, District Amritsar Rural.

Counsel for the petitioner has submitted that in pursuance to the settlement arrived at between the parties before the Mediator on 09.01.2019, the matter stands amicably resolved. Counsel for the State, on instructions from ASI Jasbir Singh, has submitted that the petitioner has joined the investigation and is not required for further investigation.

In view of the above, the present petition is allowed and the interim bail granted to the petitioner vide order dated 28.11.2018 is MOHD YAKUB 2019.01.16 10:06 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
