Matter has been taken up through video conferencing via Webex facility in the light of the Pandemic Covid-19 situation and as per instructions.

At the outset, counsel for the petitioner contends that he is ready to surrender before the learned Trial Court where his application for bail be directed to be decided in a specific time. Prayer is allowed.

Learned Trial Court is requested that in case the petitioner surrenders before the Court within a week and files application for the grant of bail, the same shall be decided expeditiously and preferably within seven days thereafter.

Petition stands disposed of accordingly.
