Mr.Gurvinder Singh Chahal,Addl.PP UT Chandigarh Jaswant Singh,J.(Oral) Prayer is for grant of anticipatory bail in case FIR No.384 dated 8.12.2015 under Section 336 IPC and 7 of Essential Commodities Act,PS Sector 31,Chandigarh.

As per allegations of complainant Babu Shah, petitioners were transferring gas from one cylinder to another leading to a blast. There are 11 LPG Cylinders stored in their premises. At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the respondent states that present petition has become infructuous in view of subsequent arrest of the present petitioners. Dismissed as infructuous.
