**** RAJ MOHAN SINGH, J. (Oral) Petitioner seeks grant of anticipatory bail under Section 438 Cr.P.C. in case bearing FIR No.200 dated 25.06.2021 registered under Sections 22-C of the NDPS Act at Police Station Adampur, District Hisar.

Petitioner has been implicated on the basis of disclosure statement of co-accused Bhup Singh from whom recovery has been effected by the Police.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is not involved in any other case and in compliance of the order dated 19.07.2021, he has joined the investigation to MOHMED ATIK 2021.10.13 17:27 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

CRM-M-27852-2021 the entire satisfaction of the Investigating Officer. Learned State counsel on instructions from ASI Mahinder Singh admits the aforesaid fact and submits that the petitioner is no more required for further investigation of the case.

In view of statement made by learned State counsel, the interim order dated 19.07.2021 is made absolute. However, the petitioner shall keep on joining the investigation as and when required to do so and he shall abide by the conditions as envisaged under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.

Petition stands disposed of.
