Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw this petition as the abovesaid FIR has been quashed by this Court on the basis of a compromise vide order of even date in CRM No.M-6130 of 2018 (Sukhdeep Singh and others v. State of Punjab and others).

Dismissed as withdrawn.
