Learned State counsel submits that the petitioner is not at parity with Gurpreet Singh @ Gora who was granted bail after custody of 6 months and had clean antecedents, though, petitioner having around the same custody, however, has three more cases under the NDPS Act, in view of which, his learned counsel prays for withdrawal of the present petition, at this stage. 2.
