RAJBIR SEHRAWAT , J. (ORAL) The present petition has been filed under Section 438 of the Cr.P.C. seeking anticipatory bail to the petitioner in FIR No.24 dated 07.03.2022 (Annexure P-1) registered under Sections 21 & 61 of NDPS Act, 1985 at Police Station Badhni Kalan, District Moga. Vide previous order, the petitioner was granted interim protection with a direction to join investigation, however, counsel for the State, being instructed by SI Lakhwinder Singh, has submitted that the petitioner has not joined the investigation. Moreover, there are five more cases against the petitioner, including 04 cases of similar nature. Furthermore, the allegation against the petitioner is that he is the main supplier of the material which has been recovered from the co-accused. In view of the above, this Court does not find any ground to grant the anticipatory bail to the petitoiner. Dismissed.
