Prosecution shall endeavour to conclude its evidence at the earliest. In view of the above, Mr. Kherhar submits that he may be allowed to withdraw this petition at this stage. Dismissed as withdrawn. In case, trial is not concluded within a period of 02 months, petitioner shall be at liberty to file afresh.
