(Oral) This is a petition filed under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure seeking pre-arrest bail in a case registered against the petitioner No.1 vide FIR No.98 dated 28.09.2017 under Sections 420 and 120-B IPC at Police Station Verowal, District Tarn Taran. Learned counsel for the State submits that pursuant to order dated January 24, 2018, petitioner No.1 has joined investigation and is no longer required for custodial interrogation.

In view of the above, order dated January 24, 2018, is hereby made absolute qua petitioner No.1 subject to the conditions envisaged under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
