(ORAL) Present civil revision petition has been filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India by petitioner-plaintiff for issuance of direction to learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), Jalandhar to decide the Civil Suit No.1106 of 2023 titled 'Vasdev Uppal Vs. Harpreet Singh @ Harpreet Sarpanch' in a time bound manner.

It is the case of petitioner that he is 87 years old, has sought possession of suit property being its owner and suit is pending since 2023. It is asserted that suit is at the stage of evidence of petitioner-plaintiff, however, in the meanwhile, an application for admission and denial of documents has been moved by respondent-defendant and now matter is pending for disposal of said application.

Expeditious trial is right of every citizen and accordingly, concerned learned trial Court is directed to decide the suit filed by petitioner-plaintiff expeditiously as early as possible after taking into SUNIL CHANDER 2026.04.18 13:09 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
