Petitioner has filed this petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for issuance of a direction to respondents No. 2 and 3 to protect his life and liberty from the hands of respondents No. 4 to 8.

Heard.

As per the reply filed by the State, challan has already been presented in the Court after investigation of the case. Since in the present case, challan has been presented in the Court, no ground for further interference by this Court is made out.

Petition stands disposed of accordingly.
