After hearing both sides the matter is disposed off by setting aside the impugned order (Annexure P-5) to the extent that the vehicles, in question, shall be released in favour of the Petitioners subject to their furnishing Indemnity Bonds for such amounts which shall include not only appropriate value of the seized vehicles, but also the royalty and price of the minerals loaded in the said vehicles, to the satisfaction of the Ld. Magistrate concerned.
