* * * * RITU BAHRI, A.C.J. (ORAL) CM-1464-LPA-2022 For the reasons mentioned therein, the delay of 04 days in refiling the appeal is condoned. The application stands disposed of.

LPA-632-2022 The appellants have come up in appeal against the judgement and order dated 07.04.2022 passed by the learned Single Judge, whereby the writ petition filed by the petitioner (respondent herein) was allowed keeping in view the judgement of a Full Bench of this Court in Kesar Chand Vs State of Punjab and others, AIR 1988 Punjab 265, wherein it has been held that the workcharge/daily-wage service rendered by an employee is to be taken into account as a qualifying service while computing his/her pensionary benefits in case the same is followed by regular service.

In view of the aforesaid, we do not find any ground to interfere with the impugned judgement rendered by the learned Single Judge. The appeal being meritless accordingly stands dismissed. Since the main appeal is dismissed, all the pending miscellaneous applications stand disposed of.
