(ORAL) In the instant petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. prayer has been made for quashing the order dated 19.07.2014 (Annexure P-10) passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Ambala, whereby the prayer for stay of further proceedings in the light of stay granted by Hon'ble the Apex Court in the connected matter has been rejected in Complaint No. 38 dated 29.05.2012 (Annexure P-6) filed under Section 340 read with Section 195 Cr.P.C., for offences punishable under Sections 195(1)(b)(i) and Section 195(1)(b)(iii) Cr.P.C and order dated 21.09.2017 (Annexure P-11) passed by the learned Sessions Judge, Ambala in a revision filed against the order Annexure P-10.

Heard at length.

This petition being not maintainable before this Court, is dismissed as the Hon'ble Apex Court has already seized of the matter. Earlier also the petitioners have approached this Court, may be for some other reliefs, but remained unsuccessful as they withdrew the said petition. The whole intention of the petitioners is to stall the proceedings before the trial Court against them on one pretext or the other.
