Through this writ petition under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India prayer has been made for issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari for quashing order dated 11.06.2020 (Annexure P-3) communicated vide memo dated 12.06.2020, whereby respondent No.2 has suspended licence of the petitioner to manufacture insecticides for a period of six months.

Having heard learned counsel for the petitioner and after perusing the paper-book, but without commenting on merits of the case, instant petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.1 - Additional Chief Secretary, Agriculture and Farmers Welfare, Department, Haryana to decide the appeal (Annexure P-4) filed by the petitioner within a period of one month from today by passing a speaking order in accordance with law.
