M.M.S. BEDI, J (ORAL) Grievance of the petitioner is that application under Section 311 Cr.P.C., filed for resummoning the Hand Writing Expert for cross-examination has been wrongly dismissed. I have heard the counsel for the petitioner.

No ground is made out for interference in the order dismissing the application under Section 311 Cr.P.C. The petition is dismissed without prejudice to the legal rights of the petitioner to produce defence evidence. (M.M.S. BEDI) February 9, 2015.
