(ORAL) Instant petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure has been filed for quashing of FIR No.5 dated 12.1.2014 registered under Sections 454/380/409/120-B IPC at Police Station Kalanaur.
Heard.
Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that present petition has been filed for quashing of FIR in question on the basis of cancellation report already submitted after investigation by the police authorities. However, no averments have been made to this effect. So far as quashing of FIR is concerned, present petition is dismissed, however, trial Court is directed to pass appropriate order on the cancellation report in accordance with law within one month from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
