The present petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure has been filed for directing the official respondents to complete and expedite the investigation in FIR No.85 dated 05.06.2022 registered under Sections 506, 307, 148 and 149 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860, and Section 25 of the Arms Act, 1959, at Police Station Raja Sansi, District Amritsar Rural and also directing the official respondents to present or submit final report under Section 173 of the Code of Criminal Procedure regarding the said FIR before the trial Court within a reasonable time period. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present petition.
