(Oral) Report dated 10.3.2015 sent by learned Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Ludhiana has been received after recording statements of complainant Pardeep Singla and his daughter Tanu Singla as well as of accused Tushar Bansal, Amit Bansal and Amisha Bansal whereby they have resolved their dispute amicably and that the compromise is on own free will of the parties and nothing has been undertaken by any coercion or undue influence.
In the light of the satisfaction shown by the Court and in view of the fact that compromise will go a long way in resolving the personal dispute and to bring about personal harmony and in view of which the prayer made in the petition is allowed, proceedings by way of FIR No. 119 dated 24.7.2014 registered at Police Station Sadar Ludhiana, under sections DALBIR SINGH TIWANA 2015.04.10 13:57 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document High Court, Chandigarh
Criminal Misc. No. M-6307 of 2015 -2354, 120-B IPC read with section 67 of the Information Technology Act, 2000 and all consequences arising thereof are quashed. The petition stands allowed in those terms.
