**** JITENDRA CHAUHAN, J. (Oral) The matter has been taken up through video-conferencing in the light of the pandemic COVID-19 situation and as per instructions. This Civil Contempt petition under Section 12 read with Section 10 of the Contempt of Courts Act 1971 and Article 215 of the Constitution of India has been filed to initiate contempt proceedings against the respondent for wilful and deliberate non-compliance of the order dated 29.06.2020 (Annexure P-1) passed in CWP-8486-2020. Learned senior counsel for the respondent informs that the order dated 29.06.2020 stands complied with on 26.08.2020 and the petitioner has joined his duties.

Learned counsel for the petitioner pleads no instructions. Disposed of in the above terms.

In case, the statement made by learned senior counsel for the respondent is found against the record, the petitioner shall have liberty to revive the present petition.
