Petitioner has filed this petition under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code, 1973 for issuance of direction to respondents No.1 to 3 to take appropriate legal action against respondent No.5.

Learned State counsel has submitted that as per Annexure R-1/T, petitioner has already got the possession of the vehicle in question after depositing the installments. In view of Annexure R-1/T, no ground for further interference by this Court is made out.

Petition stands disposed of, accordingly.
