NIDHI GUPTA, J. (ORAL) Prayer in this petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., is for quashing of FIR No. 64 dated 14.04.2017 registered under Sections 323, 406, 498-A, 506 and 120-B IPC at Police Station Kalka. At the very outset, learned counsel for the State on instructions from SI Mukesh submits that the instant petition has been rendered infructuous and may be disposed of as such, because after completion of investigation, the police has presented the cancellation report before the learned Illaqa Magistrate/trial Court and the same has been accepted vide order dated 17.03.2021.

Learned counsel for the petitioners does not dispute the aforesaid fact.

In view of the above, the instant petition is disposed of as having been rendered infructuous.
