(Oral) This petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for issuance of directions to respondent No. 3 not to harass the petitioners i.e. newly married couple and not to harass or interfere in the peaceful married life of the petitioners and seeking protection as the petitioners are apprehending danger to their life and personal liberty at the hands of respondent Nos. 4 to 6.
Learned counsel for the petitioners states that the petitioners will be satisfied if respondent No. 2 i.e. Senior Superintendent of Police, S.B.S. Nagar is directed to take appropriate action in accordance with law on the application (Annexure P-5) made to him by the petitioners. In view of the limited prayer made by the learned counsel for the petitioners and without going into the merits of the claim raised by the petitioners, this petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No. 2 i.e. SSP, S.B.S.
