Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that pursuant to order dated December 07, 2017, petitioner has surrendered before the trial court and furnished bail bonds.

Aforesaid contention remains uncontroverted.

In view of the above, order dated December 07, 2017 is made absolute.

Trial court shall, however, be at liberty to consider whether petitioner is entitled to regular bail in view of quantity of contraband recovered from him.
