This petition has been filed by the petitioner-Raju for grant of regular bail.

As per the allegations of the prosecution, 1 Kg. 800 grams of poppy husk was recovered from the possession of the appellant on 27.1.2015. Since then he is in custody. His application for grant of bail has been dismissed by the learned Judge, Special Court, Rohtak vide order dated 10.2.2015.

Heard.

As stated at bar, the investigation is already complete and even the report under Section 173 Cr.P.C. has been presented in the Court. Only 1 Kg. 800 grams of poppy husk is alleged to have been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. He is in custody since 27.1.2015. He is no longer required for the purpose of investigation.
