State of Haryana .............Respondent CORAM: HON'BLE MR.JUSTICE JASWANT SINGH Present:- Ms.Sharmila Sharma,Advocate for the petitioner Mr.Kuldip Tiwari,Addl.AG Haryana with SI Neeraj Jaswant Singh,J.(Oral) Prayer is for grant of interim bail to petitioner in FIR no.01 dated 2.1.2016 under Sections 270,272,273,308,420,467,468,461, 120-B,34 IPC and Section 63 of Copyright Act alongwith Sections 61/1/14 of Punjab Excise Act,PS City Gohana, Distt.Sonepat, for attending the marriage of his daughter fixed on 22.2.2016 at Village Jakhli, District Nagor, Rajasthan.

Petitioner was taken in custody on 11.1.2016 in the aforesaid FIR. Allegations against him are that he is involved in the purchase of illicit liquor being manufactured by his co-accused at Gohana for sale in Rajasthan by misbranding such purchased liquor. Learned State counsel on instructions from SI Neeraj does not dispute the fact of marriage of daughter of the petitioner and on humanitarian ground does not oppose the grant of interim bail to him for the purpose of said marriage.

In view of the aforesaid circumstances, instant petition is allowed and petitioner is directed to be released on interim bail till 29.2.2016 subject to heavy sureties to the satisfaction of the trial Court. The petitioner shall surrender before the Jail authorities on 29.2.2016 before 5 PM.

Disposed of.
